A study explored the relationship between managerial practices and spirituality in the workplace. The research examined how spiritual values influence leadership behavior, decision-making, and organizational culture using a combination of survey data and qualitative analysis.
A research client asked whether managers' spiritual values had a measurable relationship with leadership behaviour and organizational culture, or whether the connection was purely anecdotal.
Survey instruments were paired with interview material. Quantitative scores were modelled for association with leadership and culture measures, while the interviews were analyzed with a large language model and reported as themes supported by quotations.
The client reported findings at team level, where the effect was real, and dropped the organization-wide claim the earlier draft had made.
