Dr. Eun Um
President and CEO
Dr. Eun Um is a former professor. She conducted research at Harvard, taught at Harvard Innovation Labs, and served on the US EPA's Human Studies Review Board. She holds two master's degrees from Stanford and Columbia Universities, and a doctorate in Measurement, Evaluation, and Statistics from Columbia. She has over 25 years of experience in AI, advanced analytics, machine learning, statistics, and quantitative and qualitative research.
Eun has authored peer-reviewed publications. Her leadership combines academic expertise with practical impact—ensuring every project is grounded in methodological rigor, stakeholder needs, and strategic vision.
Dr. David Fetterman
